Sydney Vehicle Check carries out mobile vehicle inspections on all types of vehicles. If you are buying a vehicle or if the warranty on your vehicle is about to expire it would be wise to have an inspection to identify the vehicle's faults

The comprehensive mechanical and body inspection takes approximately 90 minutes and involves inspecting all mechanical components including testing the cooling system and using full size garage type jacks we jack the vehicle up at the front and then the rear of the vehicle. Whilst under the vehicle inspecting mechanical components we also report on previous body damage - particularly structural damage, rust and body filler use. We also use a paint gauge for identification of previous exterior repairs and repainting. All compliance numbers are checked for originality to ensure the vehicle is not re-birthed/re-bodied.

Bookings for appointment times can be made 24 hours a day and we carry out inspections 7 days a week during daylight hours. We will inspect the vehicle anywhere in the metropolitan area (except city & inner city) subject to a suitable inspection site.

We recommend prospective buyers of second hand vehicles, whether private sales or from dealers, should seriously consider organising an inspection with us.

We prefer, if possible, for the prospective purchaser to attend the inspection so that we can answer any questions the prospective purchaser may have as well as discuss with us any specific areas of concern they may have. That way they can also have the report handed to them at the completion of the inspection and if they cannot attend we can arrange to fax the report to them, mail it and give the details by telephone or it can be left in a sealed envelope with the vehicle.

The inspection fee can more than pay for itself in bargaining a better purchase price.
